where to start  restoration  need help car is all apart was my older brothers I
took my drivers test in this car want to keep my brothers  dream to restore  im
69  yrs     he was 62 when died me 52    its time to do it    have everything

Find a honest body man & mechanic and open your bill fold with out this it's still going to be a dream or a nightmare

it california car no rust bay area 2 tops auto trans i think 312 or 292 bored 6 volt should i change to 12??

Remove body from drain rent rotissery for body restoration. Rebuild all moving parts. Buy new wiring harness convert to 12 volt. Paint all body, paint frame all new brakes & lines.install motor & drive line, re install body
