how do u replace the upper ball joint then or inner tie rods

You should purchase or download a service manual for the car. Both of these can be a bit tricky if you have never done them before. Outer tie rods are easy, inner tie rods can be a pain. If your ball joints are original, or have been on there for 10 years, it may be rough getting them out.
