Full battery new starter soliniod and ignition switch no start just a faint click in voltage regulater

My sons 1975 F250 has no power to acceseries no radio no lights no
headlights no gauges new starter new soliniod new ignition switch, wont do
anything when trying to jump solinoid no power to fuse panel full battery

This problem has happened for a third time first time changed the starter soliniod and ignition switch and it ran for a month the second time i found a hot wire bouncing off the exhaust pipe and worked for two months now i got no idea guess ill try to find a repair shop for electrical problems
