There is one or two bolts on the block. They are 1/2" or 9/16". Spray with penetrating oil first and let that sit for a while. Then when thats settled, turn slowly to minimize the risk of breaking it off. GOOD LUCK!

Have you set it to number one and marked dizzy? Is it jamming up to remove or retainer bolt really tight?
