fuel filter location

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Mfg. date is 11/85,  fuel injected V8, F-150 XLT,  which model year is it then and can you tell me where I can find the fuel filter?    new to fords, trying to resurrect one.  thanks!

at drivers door inside frame rail,you will see it,but you will need to release the fuel pressure in the fuel line before trying to remove filter.unhook battery find release or pressure valve on fuel line looks like a tire valve ,push valve down,to let fuel out of line.
