Can't get my 1976 F-150 with 460 big block to start.

I changed the starter and solenoid and now
I get a no crank no start. Before the starter
and solenoid I got just the click sound. The
battery is still good at 12v. Now what is the
problem?

The first problem I see is that you are just guessin' what's wrong- how old is the battery? are the connections good? how about the ignition switch? the usual suspects- you have an old truck, and it shouldn't be too hard to diagnose- guessin' gets expensive- you coulda just hired a mechanic-

Jump the solenoid on the fender well for a second. If it turns check the connections. If it doesn't, check the battery under load. Having 12 volts means nothing. You need amps. Older batteries usually die in winter.
