What would cause the dash lights & head lights to flicker or come on when driving faster?

I just had my distributer replaced and when I picked it up from the shop this started,
the shop denies there can be any connection to the work they did but i've got a gut
feeling they didnt hook something up correctly (exp. since they didnt hook up my

Could be a fuse/relay, bad ground(possibly similar to what Kattallica mentioned).
