Question type: Car Customization

I have been told I can fit a corolla engine in my 1983 Suzuki Sierra. Is it true and do I need a heap of modifications?
I can purchase a complete car very cheap so i wonder if this is a better option for me??

Dear eandldickson-- Generally you can swap engines if the motor mounts and the transmission match up. You will have to customize the electrical connections. Not an easy job. Which is the better option is up to you. Good luck from Bovan.
