Parking lights and numberplate lights come ON when applying the brake

I have a Toyota Camry SV21 1989. When applying the brakes the Parking lights and numberplate lights come ON as well along with the brake lights.
IS THIS NORMAL....?

No it's not normal. Sounds like a ground issue. Check the ground to the lights. If its ok I would check for proper bulbs in the brake lights. Remove the brake light bulbs and then press brakes to see if the othe lights still come on. If not the problem will be either a bulb or brake light socket issue. Hope this helps.
