What size rim is recommended to run on a 63' Bel Air, that doesn't drop it down to the pavement?

Question type: Car Customization

the rim size has nothing to do with ride height. standard rim size for those cars are 14" but 15s would also fit as long as they are not too wide. ride height is controlled by the springs in the car, if the springs are week and old the car will ride low. a set of new springs go for around 50 - 75 bucks a pair.
