How does one go about bleeding air out of a radiator?

On most older models. (Or this how I do it). Remove radiator cap and fill with coolant. Leave cap off , turn heater to max hot and crank up car. Allow it to idle while you watching the level in the radiator. As level drops add more coolant. You will start to see bubbles. Continue to coolant level levels out and stops bubbling. Squeezing radiator hoses helps sometimes.
