On the dashboard of a 1996 Toyota Camry, directly below the gear shift indicator, I have a green 'PWR' light on. What does this mean? Is it normal, and I just never noticed it before, or is it a problem that I need to resolve?

There is a small ECT Power/Normal button somewhere close to the instrument panel or next to the shifter. Press the button and the light should go out. The "PWR" mode can be used to delay upshifts. Finding the small button and pressing it should solve the problem.
