Radiator fan

Question type: General

My A.C. is on and the fan was on but only for a few
seconds before turning off is that normal?

The radiator fan tuns on and off to cool the radiator. Once it cools off to a preset temp it turns off.

When the AC is on.....does it function as Designed? Is the ac light flashing?
