My break lights want cut off what is wrong
or witch fuse should I remove to cut that off

The brake light switch may be bad. Take a look at the link for how to repair it. DO NOT cut the wire to turn off the lights! Some one may rear end you. http://rinconrolla98.blogspot.com/2014/08/diy- corolla-98-02-brake-light-switch.html
