What would cause the 100amp fuse to
blow.replaced 1 started the car&that 1also blew

Excessive load / draw on the circuit will burn a Fuse, it's the safety that helps prevents wires from insulation melt and potential light off and vehicle burn. The alternator uses a 100amp fuse is this what you're referring to? If so Inspect all wiring in the charging circuit.and starter circuit.

You seem to be indicating you replaced the "starter" Motor? Is this correct?...then the fuse went bad? Is this correct?
