FAR from a recall. They're just extending the warrenty to 15 years on the 95-00 Tacomas: Letter sent to dealers: http://www.showstop.org/images/truck/rust_warranty/dealer-communication.pdf Rust warrenty policy: http://www.showstop.org/images/truck/rust_warranty/warranty-policy.pdf Vehicle inspection: http://www.showstop.org/images/truck/rust_warranty/vehicle-inspection.pdf The frames rusting is a BIG problem if you live in the rust belt.

they say its not a recall but they say 813,000 tacomas need to be inspected, they just took my tacoma...but i should get around 10,000 "rest in peace tacoma"

I have a 2000 Toyota Tacoma with a badly rusted frame and Toyota dealer in Iowa said not their $ 18,000 problem .... so since every thing else is good on her like the engine,interior, brand new tires ,& body I have little choice but to sell my truck for little as $1,000 or risk life & limb because of a faulty frame and bad non-recall that could kill somebody ! Can ANY BODY HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM BEFOR I SELL HER ??
