2002 tailgate door latch broken how do I get the back panel off so I can get to the latch? Also the auto tailgate window stopped working. Any ideas? 2002 Sequoia,

It's alot easier then you think. Where the moldings meet at the bottom of the window just stick a flat head screwdriver in the seam make sure you do both sides. should just start poping right out. Then you want to lift up on the bottom part ( along black window seam)where the the window goes into the door and gently pull the bottom molding up then should start separating from door. Also don't forget to unscrew the loop handle off first, the screw cover pops up to reveal the screw. All the nuts and bolts behind that are a 10mm socket.
