Im looking at a rav4,2005 at Antioch Toyota. it is 4cyl. with 25283 miles on it. Is 15,998 too much to pay? Is it a good deal or bad?

I say good deal, and so does Kelley Blue Book. 25,000 miles means you get minimum of 15 more years out of the car!

I agree, though I would also try to talk them down a wee bit. I went to WA this past January to pick up a 2005 that had 46K miles on it and paid $12K, (plus $1000 tax when I got back to CA). I feel pretty certain that if I had done the whole deal in CA, the sticker price would have been more like $14K - $15K. Lucky you that you found one with such low miles. Congrats!
