My 1995 Chevy s10 is overheating once a day? I start the truck I let it idle for a min or so. Then take off. Usually about 5 mile down. It starts to over heat so I stop. Turn off key. Turn bac on. Then the temp is low enough to take off. It won't overheat at all the rest of the day. But the next morning same thing. I have replaced thermostats, thinking bad one. I have put radiator fluid in. Flushed the system. I got so mad at it. That I bought new motor. It stopped for a couple of months. Then started the same thing.

1st ,When you say "overheats" Where is the temp gauge at. 2nd, Next time it starts to overheat. Turn on the heater. This will act like a second smaller radiator.

I replaced the whole motor and everything thing under thr hood. Then started again. Went and bought new radiator and water pump and extra radiator cap to boot. Still having that problem along with a new 1 now. Oil pressure drops to 0 and check gages light comes on everytime I take a right turn. Oil levels are where they should b and replaced oil pump to day. And oil pan. Getting fed up.

If your problem is only when you turn right you have a short somewhere behind your dash. Because if you ground the wire to your temp gauge or oil pressure they will peg to max and turn on the check gauges light.
