Did brakes on my 97 Chevy K25 and the drivers caliper is locked

Asked by Kimberly Sep 01, 2016 at 10:29 PM about the 1997 Chevrolet C/K 2500

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My brakes were worn so I replaced them, bought new loaded calipers. Started to bleed the brakes everything seemed fine, took it for a ride the drivers tire locked up. So replaced the hose and the master. Now I bleed the brakes again no luck still locked tight. Now I'm officially stumped!!! So I replace the abs pump next. Still now luck, locked up tight as can be and its only the drivers tire. so thinking might have got a bad caliper go exchange it. still no luck. Now I have no clue what so ever.

You got a new caliper? well- does that thing have ABS? yeah- I hate those- I don't even think about working on those- and I own one- take it to a mechanic-
