Chevy S10 2002 died while driving. Won't restart. What's wrongts

Whats wrong the engine turns over but wont start

If that doesn't work run a compression test. If all cylinders test very low or zero the timing chain has jumped. The good news is the 4 cylinder engine is not an interference engine. I don't know if the V6 is. Hope that helps! Jim
