my honda crv cd player stopped working i replaced fuse and still not working clock & radio ok

Did your battery go dead for some reason if so it could have lost its code and won't work . look in owners manual it will probably show you how to recode it and most of the time code number is on a little sticker stuck somewhere in the glove box , use the buttons on radio to put in code .

I had to have the alarm reset recently could this have caused the problem with th cd not working ?
