Reduce power light and traction control light

my warning lights for traction and power reduction came on and now runs
extremely rough how can I reset and/or test sensors?

First thing I'd do is clean your throttle body with fuses #10 and #28 under the hood removed. When you park, try keeping the steering wheel straight. Might be your steering wheel position sensor that lights this up. That's what I do, won't come back on unless I leave the wheels turned.
