the a/c and heater do not come on at all what could be the problem

I need a little more information. I'm assuming it's the blower not coming on. In that case you start by checking your power/ground to the blower. if it has power it's one of 2 things. a faulty blower resistor, or the blower itself. if it was grinding or acting funny before the failure check for mice nests in the housing if there are none there replace the blower.

thanks my friend said it just stopped workin not acting funny or making noise. fuses r good but she will check in daylight tomorrow for nests. she lives in the country... thanks again
