how do i remove the head rest of an 06 Explorer

Long story short....seat belt got wraped around the front headrest and has locked....dealer was to cut belt and replace entire assembly.  If headrest could be removed..prblem solved....any ideas how to remove the headrest?  There does not appear to be a release button.

if it is the front seats, they just pull out. but if the bar is bent, you will not be able to get it out, you might want to contact a body shop, they might know a short cut.
