2007 F150 4 wheel drive grinding

I'm stuck 800 miles from home. Can I
drive it home. Its already damaged.
Please dont answer it your not
positive. I'm stuck, low on cash, and
need an informed answer. This will
mean the difference between going
hungry a couple days or going home. I
just dont want to have the wheel fall
off.

You demand an informed answer with no information? I am positive you need to have a mechanic check it out.

    hi guys, listen i have a 1989 f150 larait and the 4x4 is starting to act up...( it makes a squeeking niose and it sounds like something is grinding when i turn while it in 4x4 high but not 4x4 low.....
