how to change or change or check atf 1.6l 1997?

i think i found the atf dipstick but iv tried pulling it out and twisting it with no results also if
anyone knows if there is a atf oil filter on it and if so where it is that would help a lot any
recomendations on atf oil type would be welcome too

to fill the atf you gota have it pumped in while the car is running and the wheels are moving from below the car. *if you have a quatro you have to put it up off all four wheels.*
