Car will not crank and has new bttery

Drove home from work and parked, the next day went out to leave and the car wont turn over. its just like I am trying to start it without pushing the clutch in. all lights come on put wont engage the starter.

Check the fuse panel on the driver's side inside the car. You might also check the circuit opening switch that is on the opposite side of the radio from the clutch safety switch.

Thank I checked both and had to have it towed to the garage. The condenser shorted out and fried the ignition.
