can I put a make shift cap over my power steering fluid

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I brought the car and didn't realize the previous bastard owner lost the cap, to the power
steering fluid, would it be possible for me to cover the power steering fluid with something
else temporarily until i can order a whole new unit.

air in the power steering pump will make the brakes no work? or are you thinking of if the cap was not on the break fluid

yes you can but it have to fit cant be loose so try to fin one that saled good
