Audi quatro 2.4lt 1998 won't start, was running fine stopped and next day
wouldn't start sounded like the immobiliser had kicked in as it whirls but
won't fire. Had scan and all shows as okay, there spark and fuel pumping but
it's like the fuel injectors don't fire in conjunction with the spark? Garage has
had it for 6 weeks and doesn't have a solution. Appreciate any help, thanks

Found the problem after the garage had told me i needed to replace the motor, another garage said it was the fuel injection system so took it to a computer expert who replace one of the computer boards and reprogrammed the car . Took just over 1 hour and runs nicely again. If you have a similar issue find a computer expert for Audi's
