1995 Toyota camy stalling problem

It starts but it clunks out at first and didn't get
acceleration and it runs fast then slow a lil bit. The
diagnostics machine says everything is OK but it
seems like 2 of the 4 cylinders aren't getting
enough gas

Is the CEL(Check Engine Light) ON when the engine is running? Sounds like the engine starts but then stalls out. Am I correct? If so...you might explore the idea of a Throttle Body Service. This includes a thorough cleaning of the Throttle Plate and Bore.....and....A disassembly of the IAC device for cleaning. There are on line videos describing these procedures.
