I have a Toyota Camry 1995 and when I turn it on the check engine light goes on and so does the check oil and battery too but when I start it all the lights turn off what does that mean

That's normal. When u turn the key on, the engine is not running therefore there's no oil pressure or battery is not charging because the alternator is not tirning, til u start the engine.
