my 2003 toyota highlander suddenly has a rood leak next to the drivers window at the window drain area. Has anyone had a similar problem?

Hello nurse-- I have seen problems similar to the roof leak you are having with your 2003 Toyota Highander. My first thought is that the drain you refer to is clogged. Often dirt and debris get into the drain pipe and the leak you have is because water is backing up. See if you can unplug the drain, with a blast or two of air or even with a coat hanger.
