Fuel pump replaced and still not working

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car won't turn over. Checked fuel
pump switch and relay and they
work fine. Check fuel vale and no
fuel is coming out so replaced fuel
pump and strainer. Still no fuel
passing thru and car still not turn on.
Also checked power going to fuel
pump and it's good.

Do u know how to test the regulator? Order a fuel filter so I still have to try that

if there is power to the pump and it is running..try and blow out the whole fuel line..

How do u blow out the fuel line? Also sprayed starter fluid and car still wouldn't turn over
