I have a water pump leak at the o-ring

Replaced the water pump and having leak at o-ring. Replace the o-ring and still leaks. It's getting torn up. Any ideas

Thanks for answering. They latest o-ring seems to be working but now I have a new leak. The WP is new, hope it's a gasket.
