yellowed leather/vinal interior

I have a nice 92 sunbird convertable the interior used to be wite leather/vinal how do I bleach the yellowing interrior back to a nice white

to get the seats back they had come out with a leather restorer and conditioner at the auto parts stores you can try that it might help
