Recently I replaced my ignition coil #P0306 according to scan machine on my 2000 pontiac Bonneville 6cylinders. But the problem is still there which is car shakes, runs sluggish, sometimes stalls while it idles, check engine light still flashes.

Could be a bad spark plug, bad coil, bad fuel injector, wiring problem or a mechanical issue with that cylinder.
