air re-circulation button red light

i have a 2004 GTP and there is a red light that just started coming on in the
middle of the air re-circulation button.  any ideas what this means ????

I think there is an air filter mounted around the passenger side of your vehicle. It may be plugged and in need of replacement. Check your owners manual.
