Car was running fine till I plugged in a ZURICH OBD2 CODE
READER scanner I purchased at Harbor Freight turned t HGr
car on immediately it started misfiring and sputtering...
what do I do

Don't use the scanner again?! I would go to an auto parts store and see what their scanner shows.
