how do I drain the gas out of a 2005 Grand AM gas tank

I don't see a drain tube plug, and its got a cover, that I don't see how to take off from the bottom

If you don't have a drain (which most cars don't) you may need to manually pump it out through the fill tube with a hand pump or SPARKLESS electrical pump. Obviously easiest if you drive down the fuel level before attempting this.
