Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 93 Laser 1.8 liter engine 5 speed manual transmission. Went out one morning to go to work, vehicle won't start. Engine won't turn, click or anything. Replaced clutch starter switch under clutch pedal, no luck; replaced starter relay switch under dash above fuse box, no luck; replaced ignition relay switch in fuse box under hood, no luck. All electrical systems work normally (radio, wipers, lights, ect). Could the computer be out, or could the fuel pump be bad? I can't tell if I can hear the fuel pump when I try to start the car. Is the fuel pump located inside of the gas tank?
