Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 96 oldsmobile ciera and had the alternator replaced and the battery is still not holding a charge.  I got this battery tested and it was fine.  what is the problem?

Wiring harness, specifically anything in the cars electric grid. You van pull fuses until the problem no longer continues. 50 bucks at a decent mechance for an inspecton is what you need. Somewhere a wire is exposed and touching metal, so your battery is draining out into what we refer as a ground. Normal operations need a closed loop with no exposed copper touching non components like your batteries positive or negative terminals where it's bolted on.
