Hard to start when cold

Have a 2004 olds alero it is very hard to start when
cold  starts fine in warm weather . Winter differant
story . Does not even sound like it getting any fire
but then all of sudden  it fires up

Def tune up. Lighter weight oil helps in winter time. Run a lesser weight then in summer .

I have a 04 Alero it will crank over but not start it has good fuel pressure. But still won't start I am lost
