Just over 4 quarts with filter.
Sorry, but correct answer is JUST UNDER 4 quarts (by 11 years experience) including filter change. I get a local shop to do it and bring my own oil and filter. I bring 3.5 quarts and top it off the next day. I rarely have to add more than a handful of ounces.
