Does it go down ? Master panel doesn't do it ? you need a multi tester , pull the panel and see if the motor is getting power or if the track (regulator) is somehow broken or bound up , if no power at motor when you hit the switch then test switch , there's probably a module that you can not test with that .let us know what happens
