Lexus IS 250 switch function

Question type: General

I have a Lexus IS 250 with a traction related switch
on the lower right side of the steering wheel which
says:  PWR  ECT  SNW    I can't find anything about
this in my owners manual but by testing in the snow
I can't drive in heavy snow without switching to
SNW  and. ECT  appears to default mode. My
question is what is PWR?
