My fuel pump was recently replaced now car wont start

I've had my few part replaced 2  Times with in the
last 7 months my fuel gauge inside the car is not
Reading properly. The fuel leveler was never
replaced. I always kept gas in the car now after
2months I go to a funeral, leave funeral then cart
wont start. It will sputter but not turn over & start.
