dashboard vent does not blow heat air 2015 ES350

just bought new 2015 ES350, used heat first time and there is no air blowing from
middle/dashboard vents.  what is the deal?

It's a Wednesday build. Take it to the dealer and have them fix it.

You have a new Lexus- it is under warranty- have your salesman and/or service advisor 'splain it to youse, Loocie
