The cost is very high. Ask your Toyota parts department. I suggest going onto hybrid forums to see what other owners say about longevity.

They last until they wear out. Then they are VERY expensive to replace.

A good run for a hybrid battery is about 7 years. Replacement cost is about $3000 including the battery and labor. Hope that helps! Jim

Toyota hybrids and electric vehicles come with a 10 yr/150k mi warranty for the battery and 8 hrs and 100k miles/8 yrs on drive components. Many a Toyota hybrid owner has gone well beyond 200k miles on the original battery.
