How exactly does car guru work? Is there a lot or are there individual owners
selling on line??

Another customer who's too lazy to read. CarGurus has ads placed by individuals, whether private sellers or dealers.
Cargurus is an advertising site only. Similar to Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc. Once you find a vehicle you're interested in you must contact the seller directly or through Cargurus email. I prefer to contact, by telephone, the seller directly. Sellers will often ignore emails as just a tire kicker or a lookie lou. Hope that helps! Jim
